Villa Benedetta is perched up on the mountain side of the picturesque fishing village of Sivota in the region of mainland Epirus. The perfect villa for your next holiday to the mainland Epirus coast of Greece The space Interior Upon entering the villa, you step into a spacious and cozy living space adorned with luxurious furnishings and decor, featuring a smart TV. The dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern amenities such as a coffee machine and washing machine. The ground floor is bathed in natural light, providing captivating sea views through its windows. Two double bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom and balconies furnished with tables and chairs for enjoying the views, are also situated on this floor. One of these ensuite bedrooms offers a stunning sea view, while the other boasts picturesque mountain views overlooking the rear of the villa. The third bedroom, equipped with twin beds that can be converted into a double if preferred, features a balcony with delightful sea views. Additionally, there is another family bathroom on the ground floor. It’s important to note that despite the villa being primarily spread out on the ground floor, there are internal small staircases, typically consisting of 6-9 steps. Exterior Beyond the villa, there is a dining space ideal for savoring unforgettable family meals, all while being captivated by panoramic views overlooking the sea towards the islands of Corfu and Paxos. Additionally, you can experience breathtaking sunset views, adding an extra layer of enchantment to the surroundings. A lovely infinity swimming pool (7m x 3.6m) with sun loungers and umbrellas completes the outdoor setting, and pool towels are provided for your convenience. The pool uses saltwater chlorination. Guest access Guests will have complete access to all areas of Villa Benedetta during their stay. This includes the garden and balconies/patios, as well as the swimming pool. You can relax indoors in the living room, on the lush verandas, patios and sitting areas or by the pool at any time. Other things to note We would kindly ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law, during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the maisonette or its surrounding plot of land: - Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM - Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied. For taxation reasons we will also need your full name and passport/ID number. The villa has been refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the maisonette accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges.
