The living room area have a TV and and a half bathroom. A nice terrace with a wonderful view of the golf course while having a drink. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy cooking with your family and/or friends. In the condominium you can also enjoy a nice pool. Guest access Enjoy outdoor activities, such as long walks in the late afternoon. Amenities such a big swiming pool, padel courts, open air gym, everything located right next to the Club House, which also has its own restaurant, where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. Other things to note *The electricity expenses will be charged to the guests. Kindly we ask the guest to have that cash ready to pay this bill. The price of the kWh is $21.9 DOP. We will send you a picture of the power meter the day you check in and another one of the day you check out. At the time of check-in, we will kindly request the payment of USD $20 per night to cover electricity costs, please have cash on hand for this purpose. If the usage exceeds $20 per night, you will be informed of the excess at the end of your stay so that you can make the payment.
