The kitchen is also functional for a tiny kitchen. It has a vintage gas range with double ovens, and gorgeous marble and an antique china cabinet No matter which room you are in there is are windows or French doors. Italian hand blown light fixtures adorn the bedroom and bath. The bathroom has a state of the art, patented microsilk, oxygenated spa tub with a handheld shower head. The Mediterranean blue sea tile on the walls make you feel like you’re in Europe along the the marble mosaic floor. There is also a full size washer and dryer with full amenities. There is dining room looks onto the back yard thru French doors with a deck, where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the the tranquil fountain, or dine alfresco. There is a queen mattress with additional bedding. There is a blow up mattress available for kids. We promise to make your time here comfortable, convenient and memorable. And of course we are dog friendly.! We ask that if you leave your dog along they stay in the yard which is totally secure unless you have a kennel. There is auto lock on the front door and you will receive the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. There is also 1 off street parking spot along with an EV charger in the driveway on your left all the way in front of cottage. I'm always just minutes away! Nob Hill Grocery is just across the street with a Peet's Coffee inside. 2 blocks away is the historic main street of Alameda, Park Street. A beautifully restored 1930's movie theater and all kinds of independent shops and restaurants to choose from. The cottage is near the east end of Alameda which has beautiful architecture whether walking or biking there is so much to see. Plenty of on street parking as one off street parking spot. Walking distance to fruitvale bart, or a quick Uber or lyft...a safer bet. Then just 20 minute bart ride to the city. Friday nights at oakland museum with food trucks and live music, such a blast! We have shampoo and body wash. Towels, linens and a well stocked kitchen. The kitchen faucet dispenses freshly filtered water. Don't waste money/plastic on buying bottled water. Water purification system notes are located in the house manual.
