The Garden Studio is a peaceful, self-contained studio set within the owners' large woodland garden on the edge of Minehead, nestled into the lower slopes of North Hill with views across the town to the sea beyond. Sleeping 2, it offers an open-plan bedroom and living area with a king-sized double bed, plus a modern wet-room with a walk-in shower (no bath). The space There is no kitchen, but tea and coffee-making facilities are provided in the studio, and a delicious breakfast is included in the price each morning, with a choice of a continental hamper (coffee, tea or hot chocolate, fruit juice, fruit compote with Greek yogurt and granola, a freshly baked croissant, toasted sourdough and brioche, and homemade preserves) or a cooked breakfast (traditional, eggs Benedict, or vegetarian), served in the owner's conservatory, in the elevated garden pavilion, or at the outside dining area under the pergola. Guests also have access to the conservatory throughout their stay, useful for enjoying takeaways in the evening or catching up on work thanks to the ultrafast full-fibre broadband. Outside, the shared garden extends to around an acre, with far-reaching views over North Hill, Grabbist Hill, Minehead Bay and towards Selworthy, and guests may pre-order sharing platters to enjoy in the pavilion. A hairdryer, bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels (plus dog towels) are all provided, and heating and electricity are included in the price. Safe off-road parking is available next to the conservatory. Dogs are warmly welcomed, up to a maximum of two, for a small supplement per dog, though they should not be left unaccompanied in the studio or allowed on the furniture; they are welcome to join guests in the conservatory and pavilion. Please note this property is only suitable for two adults and cannot accommodate children or toddlers, and it is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.
