We are just minutes from historic downtown and just a few blocks away from Crystal Lake’s beautiful beach. We are block from Route 14 and within walking distance to several restaurants, library and some shopping.  Perfect for a long relaxing weekend getaway. This beautiful apartment was recently entirely remodeled and is newly furnished. There are hardwood floors throughout except the bedroom which is carpeted. The beautiful kitchen has espresso cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a Keurig for your morning coffee. You will find a welcome basket with coffee's creamer and tea. The bedroom is furnished with cherry wood and includes a desk. The bed has a new Sealy queen size mattress and is firm and comfortable. There is also a high-end 57 inch plasma TV with surround sound. There is high speed Internet and cable TV with a few premium channels. You will have full access of the entire unit for your enjoyment. Our price includes the entire one bedroom apartment-style condo. 815 814 7409 This unit is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to beautiful Crystal Lake. The Chicago Northwestern train line is approximately a 20-minute walk to the downtown Crystal Lake Station. If you like craft beer, there are two tap rooms located with in a short drive. We recommend Scorched Earth in Algonquin or Crystal brewing co. We bring our own food. On occasion they both have food trucks. We are located in a quiet building. There is a single space dedicated to you for private parking (space #8). There is direct access from the unit to coin-operated washer and dryer machines. Do not park on the street overnight, the city will ticket autos between 2am and 6am. Please reach out if you have parking questions. There will be a $25 fee for a lock out and $50 for lost keys.
