The space The apartment N01 is very well equipped and can comfortably accommodate 8 people with its three large bedrooms and a children's bedroom, three bathrooms and a large living room with a total surface area of 150 m². The living room, with its lounge, dining area and open kitchen, is spacious and bright thanks to the large balcony which also offers a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding mountains. The View is one of the only residences in Châtel with direct access to the slopes and close to the village centre. You will only have to put on your skis at the foot of the residence to reach the first ski lifts. To reach the centre and all the activities, restaurants, bars and shops, you can walk along the side paths or the road. The free shuttle bus stop is located 100 metres from the residence. So you can enjoy your stay without needing your car! This recently built residence has a contemporary design, combining modernity and alpine charm. The interiors, designed by a professional decorator, perfectly combine modern decoration with a mountain atmosphere. OPTIONS •Final cleaning: included in the posted rate. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected. •Linen: included (sheets and towels). •Beds made on arrival: included. •Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent. •Châtel Multipass Activities/Outings/Culture/Sport/Family in Summer: optional for €3 per person per day. In summer, you can walk to the centre of Châtel and the shops along a footpath for about 100 metres. In winter, you will prefer to take the shuttle bus which stops about 200 metres from the residence, for more convenience. Other things to note Access to the main entrance of the residence is either by using the car lift or by using an external staircase. From the main entrance level, you can use a regular lift to reach the apartment level.
