High tech waterfront home is like a fine boutique suite. Unattached bonus room with futon and flat screen washer and Dryer. 2 person kayak, 2 single kayaks, 1 kid kayak, standup paddle board and paddle boat. Life jackets all sizes , water shoes and boots provided. 400 sq ft entertaining deck on the water with commercial stainless BBQ, 30" flat top griddle, luxury outdoor patio furniture. Boat launch just 1/2 mile away. Alderbrook resort and spa is just 1 mile away. They have great food and drinks as well as an award winning spa and golf course. 2 casinos within 30 minutes. Walmart and grocerys only 20 mins away.. Hoodsport 15 minutes away, such a cute town, lots to see.The property-is perfect for a romantic getaway, of course we love children and they will love the beach, but the inside of the house is not real kid friendly!! Don’t get us wrong all kids are welcome just know it's not baby proofed. Also in the upstairs is blankets and sheets available for the months of October ,November ,December ,January ,February, March due to the weather. There are no paddleboard's or water toys out in the winter. The deck does not have cushions in the winter either, that's why the price is a lot less expensive. It goes up with all the amenities starting in the beginning of Apri through the end of September. Pricing is also different for the 1st through 10 of July and Labor Day weekend. Also a very strict rule of no additional guests with out prior approval. Children under 3 are the exception. 50.00 charge for anyone over 4 people. This house is located close to highway 106, very well insulated . Can have some street noise. Shells need to be returned to the beach, to keep the Beach well replenished. we asked that adults only take 5 oysters per person All shells must go back into the canal. shellfish picking must be is done on the left side of the dock if you’re looking out from the house on the water only. Please do not take more than you can eat for that day. during hot weather days we recommend not eating the oysters or clams due to the weather, Their best on the barbecue we ask you not to rinse your selfish in the house sink. There is propane tanks ,we cannot always guarantee that the tanks are full there’s a gas station Texaco less than a mile away Tanks can be moved from place to place so from the fire pit to the barbecue to the flat top there are three tanks available. while you're staying at the beautiful Calm Cove..
