The fourth bedroom is a mother in law suite with a separate entrance and parking, that suite and the master bedroom have a door between them that can be locked on either side. Guest access Garage is not accessible, please note our housekeeping and maintenance team access the garage for supplies and tools so you may see them coming and going from the garage during your stay. Their vehicles will access the garage from the side of the driveway, please do not park vehicles past the parking blocks as that area is for housekeeping and maintenance to access the garage. Other things to note During your stay, you may see maintenance on the property mowing the lawn or clearing leaves and/or gutters or other exterior maintenance, depending on the time of the year. Please note we use fragrance plug-ins, please let us know if you would like them removed before your stay. We have a Nest thermostat that can be controlled remotely, please do not set cooling below 68 degrees or the unit can freeze up for up to 24 hours.
