Welcome to the Train Station! (not the Yellowstone kind 🙌) Enjoy our home on the outskirts of downtown!

The Space:

COVID19: Traveling now is more stressful than ever, and we understand. We provide a professional quality cleaning and focus on disinfection and sanitization. We can assure you that all touch points such as door knobs, light switches, and tv remotes receive extra sanitization. We firmly believe that our home is much safer than a hotel where there is frequent contact with numerous guests. Rest easy and enjoy your vacation knowing you are doing it as safely as possible.

Our home consists of 1 bedroom, a full bathroom attached to the bedroom, a well-stocked kitchen, and a living room with a pull out sofa for use as well! Outside you will find a newly landscaped yard to include a fire pit and outdoor seating out back for all the fun to be had and memories to be made!

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire house and property during your stay! You will have access to the whole property to include the washing machine and dryer, the well-stocked kitchen, bedroom, living room, and the awesome back yard! We have done our best to make sure that you have all the amenities and more during your stay! Please help yourselves to it all! From the complimentary coffee, creamer, drinks, and snacks to the fun train environment we have created, we are hopeful it will be a great stay!

The Neighborhood:

Location is key 🗝 Just a minute away from downtown, less than 5 minutes to I-25, and minutes away from Garden of the Gods, Manitou, and Old Colorado City; you will be close to everything!

Only a couple blocks to Weidner Field, you will find yourself close enough to drinks, restaurants, and tourist attractions all within a few minutes drive! In this quaint neighborhood, you will hear the trains going by from a couple blocks away as they make their way through this great city!

We are VERY close to downtown in an up-and-coming area that is also right by the railroad tracks. You will hear the frequent trains passing through towns and see transients in the area near the salvation army. Our home is safe and fully fenced.

Getting Around:

When Driving:

* Only about a 2 minute drive to I-25

* ~2 minutes from truly being in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs

* ~2 minutes from the new Switchback Soccer Stadium and the new Olympic Museum

* ~15 minutes from Garden of the Gods

* ~5 minutes to historic Old Colorado City

* ~10 minutes to the Broadmoor Hotel

* ~15 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

* ~10 minutes to Manitou Springs
