The space Imperium Luxury Villas offer an unparalleled retreat for large groups or families of up to 20 guests seeking privacy, modern luxury, and unforgettable holidays in Crete. Situated just steps away from the sea and the finest beaches of Chania, these brand-new, detached, three-story villas boast the highest quality and sophistication in every detail. Located in the charming western suburb of Kalamaki, each villa occupies a 2-acre privately owned estate, only a 10-minute drive from the bustling city of Chania. Designed with discerning guests in mind, these villas provide a haven of tranquility and indulgence, featuring state-of-the-art amenities and 5-star facilities for an incomparable vacation experience. The villas are equipped with two private 50m2 heated swimming pools, two indoor Jacuzzis, two saunas, and two indoor gyms, ensuring ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Guests can lounge in the inviting poolside areas or gather for al fresco barbecues (gas) under the enchanting sunset skies, while enjoying panoramic sea views from the 300sqm outdoor spaces of each villa. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by off-road parking and a sloping driveway leading to the main entrance. Inside, the villas exude warmth and elegance, with cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings creating a soothing ambiance throughout. The spacious layout spans three separate floors, offering plenty of room for large families or groups of friends to spread out and unwind. On the ground floor, a cozy living room invites guests to relax and take in the sunset views, while a fully equipped kitchen beckons aspiring chefs to whip up culinary delights. Two delightful bedrooms on this level provide direct access to the garden and pool area, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. Ascending a beautiful wooden staircase, guests will find the first floor, which features a luxurious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious furnished terrace overlooking the azure sea, Thodorou Island, and the majestic White Mountains. The lower level boasts another lounge area, complete with a gym, sauna, and Jacuzzi, as well as two additional spacious bedrooms and two shared bathrooms with laundry facilities. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying a workout session, or unwinding in the sauna, guests will find everything they need for a blissful retreat at Imperium Luxury Villas. Description of each villa follows: Entrance Imperium Villas have off-road parking with a sloping driveway beside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door. Living Space & Kitchen Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through three separate floors, making it an idealescape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features two wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with direct access to the garden and pool via a balcony door, as well as a queen sized bedroom with garden views from the balcony doors. On the same floor, there is a shared bathroom, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Ascending a beautiful wooden staircase you are found on the first floor which features a master, king sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A sliding glass door leads to a very large glass framed, furnished terrace which overlooks the blue sea, Thodorou Island and the White Mountains. Another lounge area featuring a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi lays on the lower level. On the lower level there are two more spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds, as well as two more bathrooms with the laundry facilities. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property. All villa amenities are included in the rental price, except for the cost of heating the pool. Free parking is also available for all our guests. Other things to note PLEASE note that the heated pool is charged an additional €100 per night/per pool and is not included in the rental price. Extra Guests Policy: For the Entire Complex (Both Villas): For any occupancy above 20 and up to 24 guests, an extra charge of €50 per person, per night applies.
