The living room has a pullout couch that could sleep two. The space You need to walk at least 2 minutes to reach our private beach with a dock. 1000 sq feet featuring two bedrooms each with queen beds, a bathroom with shower, full kitchen with quartz counter top. Dishwasher, full size fridge, and gas stove top with electric oven. Living room has a pull out hide-a bed that can sleep 2 and 50" Class TU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV with a free access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime TV, and more. Nespresso coffee machine and ground coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven plus an Amazon Echo dot. Guest access Parking next to the unit. You'll have access to a Therapeutic Jacuzzi that overlooks the lake. Also a custom made 14 foot DELUXE Outdoor Kitchen with Double Bbq, fridge and Ice Machine. Access also to a private 90 foot sandy beach complete with a 140 foot registered private dock with a free use of Canoes, Kayak, Paddle Boat, and Stand Up Boards.
