Sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and bars are in both directions. Volleyball courts are out the front door and everything from surf boards to bikes are available to rent within a 5 minute walk. Property has garage parking for 2 standard size sedan and/or SUV cars. To fit in two cars, please make sure you put fold in side mirrors. It can be a tight fit, but definitely doable. If you are bringing more than 2 vehicles or an oversized car (like a suburban), you will have to find parking blocks away. Please do not park in front of the garage overnight. Please also do not park anywhere on Speedway overnight, as your car will get towed. There is a paid parking lot a block away for daytime use. Please note that overnight street parking in the area is very hard to find, and you might have to park blocks away. Special note: Venice Beach is an eccentric beach town with a long history of being tolerant of transients and other colorful characters. We love this about our town, but we also recognize that it can create uncomfortable situations from time to time.
