Whether you are looking to relax in the sun, cool off in the pool, or enjoy time with family and friends, this is the perfect place to make the most of your stay in Yuma. The space Private Patio & Pool Relax on the private patio, featuring a heated pool (note: this is not a spool so it will not heat like a hot tub. We do attempt to keep the pool between 78-85 in the winter months. However if it is unseasonably cold it may not get to 85. Enjoy the sun or cool off in the refreshing water. The patio also offers a propane and charcoal grill, cornhole and a propane fire table, perfect for enjoying the Arizona evenings. Spacious Bedrooms Sleep soundly in the comfort of king-sized beds in each of the bedrooms. All bedrooms come with TV's for your entertainment and plenty of space to stretch out. Bathrooms With 2.5 bathrooms there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Fully equipped Kitchen The kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, featuring everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Comfortable living space The living room is designed for relaxation with reclining sofas and a big screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a cozy evening in. Location Just a short distance to I-8, dining, fuel, groceries, and shopping. Just a quick 15 minutes to downtown Yuma and 25 to Algodones MX or Lake Martinez. Elvis-about Elvis- he is an iguana that has either escaped or been released and found his way to this home. We have attempted to trap him but have been unsuccessful. So instead we have decided to embrace his presence as his is harmless. He enjoys sunning himself on the roof or pool cover and occasionally comes down for a drink of water. He can swim but usually does not get into the pool. We do not feed him. However if you feel the need to he likes dark leafy greens, fruit and vegetables. I can not promise you will see Elvis during your stay but if you do please be kind. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home. The shed behind the fence in the driveway is locked Other things to note The pool is not fenced! If you have small children or children that can not swim please use caution and lock pool access doors so children do not wander out on their own. No Diving!! This pool is shallow at each end and the middle is deeper. No Glass in the pool area at anytime. Plastic plates and glasses have been provided for use by the pool Door alarms to the patio are not armed upon arrival. These can be activated by the guest if wanted by the remotes in each bedside table.
