The Listing entitles you to the rental of 1 Indoor Suite for 1 guest, with air-conditioning, minibar, smart TV, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, bed & bath linens and everything else you need! Only guests rented in the interior suites have access to inside the Main House. For events and parties, an additional charge will be made according to the number of guests beyond those already leased. Shared House, may have other guests sharing the common outdoor areas. The space The Helvetia Polo Villa Inn has a charming and romantic landscape in the middle of nature located in Indaiatuba. It features a spectacular, fully furnished and decorated cottage with 16 complete suites, 4 internal suites in the main house and 12 outdoor suites in the complex next to the house, all with Air Conditioning, Frigobar, Smart TV, Ceiling fan, Wi-fi, accessories and bedding set such as pillows, duvet, linen and bath towels available inside each suite. On the outside we have a Pool of more than 100 thousand Liters, as well as sun loungers, chairs and outdoor tables to relax and sunbathe. We also have Multisport Court with Football, Basketball, Volleyball and American Football available for use, 2 BBQ grills equipped with all household utensils necessary for the preparation of your BBQ, such as grills, skewers, knives, etc. Game room (Pool Table, Foosball Table, 2 Electronic Basketball Tables equal to Shopping), Steam Sauna, 3 Swing Nets and much more! The property is 16 minutes (7KM) away from Viracopos Airport. Guest access The Host will have access to the entire outdoor area and the number of rooms he has rented, each additional room will be subject to the owner's approval and upon payment for each suite added. We have parking at the back of the house, fitting more than 9 vehicles quietly so guests can relax without worrying about the safety of their vehicles.
