Steps to the beach, close to Northside Park, great restaurants, and the Ocean City Boardwalk! The space Blue Wave is a unique renovated property with a sleek style. Once you enter the living room you'll be greeted by an amazing ocean view, visible from both the living room and primary bedroom. On your left you'll see the one of a kind wave wall, giving the unit's name and signature look. In the living room there's a massive smart TV preloaded with cable and many popular streaming apps for you to log into. Plus, enjoy Xbox Series S with 2 controllers and a subscription to Xbox Gamepass, giving you access to 100+ new games to download and play at no cost! The kitchen offers brand new countertops and stainless steel appliances. Eat your delicious home cooked meal or carry out at the stools or dining table, or maybe take it out on the balcony for a scenic snack. The primary bedroom, with KING sized bed, offers incredible ocean views from floor to ceiling, with blackout curtains to help hide the sunrise until you're ready for it. This bedroom's smart TV offers the same streaming and cable as found in the living room. RECOMMENDATION: Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking. The secondary bedroom, with QUEEN bed, is a cozy corner perfect for late sleepers. The TV in this room doesn't have cable but does have a smart TV with streaming services capabilities. The bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom set up, with each room having a private toilet and sink, with a shared bathtub/shower between the two. The building has many amenities to enjoy in summer as well as the off-season. Golden Sands charges a $75 registration fee at check-in. Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion. Note: You may want to bring slippers or thick socks if staying in the winter. The floor is tile and can be cold even if the unit is warm. No smoking/vaping, no pets. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay. Guest access Golden Sands offers the following amenities: Year-round: indoor pool*, fitness center, game room, and lounge on 22nd floor, private beach area. *The indoor pool is typically closed for annual maintenance for several weeks in late February/Early March. Please know that the Golden Sands building may close the pool and other amenities at any time for maintenance, often with short notice. Here are the current indoor pool closures that we're aware of: March 2nd to March 15th, 2026 Additional seasonal amenities: tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, outdoor pool, outdoor kids pool, tiki bar, private beach area chairs, half acre sundeck with chairs! Please know that the Golden Sands building may close certain amenities (including the pools) at their discretion. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this but will provide as much advance notice as possible of any closings. The building has many amenities to enjoy in summer as well as the off-season. Golden Sands charges a $75 registration fee at check-in. Upon paying the registration fee, you'll be given a pass for one parking spot. Additional parking spaces may be able to be rented from the building at $20 per day, however due to high demand in the summer, availability isn't always guaranteed. Please note that the requirements and pricing of any fee that the building charges is subject to change, and is out of the host's control. In the case that anything changes prior to your stay we'll alert you as soon as we know about it. Please Note: The only animals allowed in this unit are service animals, which we welcome. But please be aware, the Golden Sands building requires guests with service animals to alert them in advance and to bring documentation of vaccinations. Linens and towels are included with booking! Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee. Other things to note This North Ocean City location is near many great bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and beautiful 58 acre North Side Park. The park has a fishing/crabbing pier, walking/jogging/biking path, sports fields, playground, outdoor fitness area, and a rec center with many classes! The iconic OC boardwalk is a short drive or bus ride away. Golden Sands is one of the most amenity rich buildings in all of Ocean City! Summer amenities include: indoor pool, fitness center, saunas, multiple game rooms, a lounge on the 22nd floor with amazing ocean views, outdoor pools (adult and kiddie), tiki bar, huge sundeck, tennis, handball/pickleball, beach volleyball court, and private beach area! Winter amenities include: indoor pool, fitness center, saunas, 22nd floor game room, a lounge on the 22nd floor with amazing ocean views, tennis/handball/volleyball (weather permitting). Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use. * At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
