Township Registration #- 002646 The space We aim to host multigenerational families and made a luxurious first floor primary bedroom with en suite bathroom for the elders and also created a community bathroom plus a second primary on the second floor with its own dedicated en suite, so everyone wins :) This home is also incredibly kid friendly, with a theater room connected to all the digital services like netflix and disney+, featuring a super fun motorized projector screen and red curtains, plus a minecraft themed bedroom with a triple bunk bed! The home has tons of touches that will make your visit a memorable one, including sonos speakers throughout and central air conditioning inside, plus a full backyard lounge area, fire pit, BBQ and hot tub outside! Pets are provisionally allowed with add on fee. We can discuss the process when you make the booking. Literally everything has been rethought, reconfigured and replaced for you to make memories at this ultra spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bath mountain home, right in the heart of Lake Naomi. Other things to note Important FAQ Questions: Q: Is toilet paper and soap / cleaning supplies included in the standard rental? A: Yes, we do stock these items for you, but there is also a Dollar General 10 mins away from our home that will quickly supply you with anything and everything you need. Q: Are linens and towels included? A: Yes! Pillows, blankets, sheets and comforters are included as part of the standard nightly rental. Some like to bring their own top sheets. That’s up to you. Q: Is there a minimum length of stay at your home? A: Most of the year we have a minimum 2 night policy. In peak "Summer Season" only, which extends from the end of June through Labor Day, we have a minimum 7 day rental policy to match the cadence of Lake Naomi Club's amenities. This is the most sought out time of the year when all of the pools and lake activities will be open. We liken it to being on a cruise on land. There are activity directors, kids camps, a huge pool complex with water slide, high dives, rock climbing wall, lap pools, cabanas, full food options etc. Q: Can I access Lake Naomi Club amenities? A: LNC Temporary Membership availability is NOT guaranteed. Lake Naomi Club determines the availability of all Temporary Memberships and possible limitations of usage (due to COVID) . Recently LNC established new Temporary Membership guidelines limiting the # of Temporary Memberships per Summer and annually. If you would like to acquire a Temporary Membership to Lake Naomi Club please inquire with the Host prior to booking your reservation. Q: How can I gain access to the amenities of Lake Naomi Club and what does it cost? A: The Lake Naomi Club is a 5 star private club. A Temporary Membership is required to access the amenities and is available for an additional fee. Membership to the club provides access to the lakes and beaches, the clubhouse - restaurants, participation in recreation and social activities, the recreation tennis courts, two outdoor pools, tennis (court fees are additional) and golf (greens fees are additional). It also provides access to the Logan Steele Community Center which includes usage of an indoor pool with zero-depth entry with an indoor spray park, adult whirlpool, steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports, café, indoor tot lot, outdoor playground and wireless internet usage. The Temporary Membership application and photo submission must be arranged directly through the Lake Naomi Club within seven days prior to your arrival. If payment and photos are not received within seven days of your check in date, an expedited fee of $50.00 must be paid before the packet will be released. Please note that LNC make put limitations on usage of amenities. Q: What does opt-in hot tub mean? A: Hot tubs are a luxury and liability, so we have a waiver you will need to sign before your visit for access to ensure that we always keep it clean and sanitized for your group. Q: Are pets allowed? A: Provisionally yes but to accommodate for the extra cleanup and potential damage risk, we will charge an additional fee pending length of stay and type / number of animals coming for the visit. Consult with Ariel & Nicole at the time of your inquiry for exact prices but typically starts at $150 per stay. Q: How will I get the keys to the home? A: We have a digital front door lock and will provide you the combination when you check in. There is also a renter's guide that has tons of other important info about the house and the local amenities. Q: The listing says no parties but what does that mean? A: We expect that you will respect our home when you visit. We understand that families will enjoy the property and have fun out in the back, whether on the patio barbecuing or at the lakefront. If you have a party that causes us damages, you will be responsible for replacing broken items with an additional penalty. If there are community fines and expenses related to your stay, you will be required to pay them with added penalties. Q: How many cars can fit in the driveway? A: 6 total cars can fit in the driveway. You are not permitted to park on the street outside of the driveway by town rules. Let us know if you have concerns. Q: Is there an age requirement for booking? A: We typically cater to larger upscale families looking to enjoy the amenities of Lake Naomi. The township requires that you be at least 25 years of age.
