This private little oasis in the back corner of a boutique condo complex is in the most sought-after neighborhood of Bucerias. Walk 2 blocks to the beach, cool off in the lush courtyard, or enjoy a beverage by your PRIVATE POOL. Being in the heart of town means you can walk to the best restaurants, coffee shops, & art galleries this quaint beach town has to offer. The space Floor-to-ceiling windows slide all the way open to create a breezy indoor + outdoor living space to enjoy the amazing ambiance the Bucerias neighborhood has to offer. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. The condo is furnished with a king-size bed and two comfortable sitting areas in the living room and patio. Fast wifi (fiber optic internet), 55'' Smart TV with cable and movies on demand, AC, & blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered drinking water, and all the utensils you could need. THE BEACH & BUCERIAS You’ll never have to fight for a great spot on the beach, and it is only a 2-minute walk away! Show up at any time of the day and you’ll have lots of sandy space to choose from. The surf is gentle enough for swimming and just enough for boogie boarding. Other great activities include whale watching (Dec-Mar), baby turtle releases, stand-up paddle boarding, or sport fishing. In town, enjoy a great selection of restaurants ranging from upscale to simple & quaint. Don’t forget to try some of the local dishes such as zarandeado-style fish, ceviches, and aguachile. Stop into the many art galleries, coffee shops, and boutiques - all within walking distance from your place. Thursday evenings are Art Walk Night, a self-guided tour of more than a dozen galleries and art boutiques that serve cocktails and refreshments along Lazaro Cardenas street. The craft market hosts dozens of stalls that sell both traditional Mexican items and souvenirs to take home and remember your vacation by. THE PROPERTY The main feature of this unit is its private pool. It is inside a small boutique property of only 10 units which provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere to call your home away from home. This is another shared pool that winds through the central courtyard surrounded by lush greenery. It’s also nice to be one block back from the main road that runs parallel to the beach because we get no traffic noise and plenty of street parking. Half a block away is MariPaz, our neighborhood mini-mart that has practically everything you could need. Otherwise, a quick 4-minute walk will get you to an Oxxo or a pharmacy. Guest access There are 2 pools: 1 totally private pool connected to your condo, or a larger shared pool in the central courtyard. This is also a washer, dryer, and gas grill for your use at no extra cost. Other things to note Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than 10 nights, ensuring a fresh and tidy space throughout your visit. We provide beach gear, including towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. For your peace of mind, there is a safe in the condo. Street parking is available. If you need any assistance during your stay, our attentive property manager will be readily available to assist you.
