Please note this is a home share, if you want complete privacy please book an entire place. As seasoned hosts, we run a tight ship for everyone’s comfort/safety , we communicate often and expect the same from our guests. The space This is 1 of 2 rooms available at Casa de Cary. Guests have their own entrance door to come and go as they please. This also gives them access to the second driveway. Please read the check in instructions as we have TWO driveways. ~Wall mounted Smart Tvs ~Desk/Workspace ~Wi-fi ~Darkening shades ~Queen bed Depending on bookings, you may or may not share the bathroom with another traveling guest. Safe travels Guest access Private entrance for guests and driveway to house. Private airbnb guest bathroom, If the second room is not booked you would be the only one accessing guest bathroom. All depends if the second room is a booked. During your stay You may find that we dont cross paths during your entire stay. That may be due to your planned day and or my work schedule/kids. However, if you need our attention just send us a quick message. Interaction between guests: We are committed to the safety of everyone that comes into our house. We have absolutely no problem immediately and swiftly removing a guest causing problems. Other things to note Check in 3 Check out 12 We run on well water and septic- even though we have a filters and a water softener the water tends to smell strange at times. Please read the arrival guide for check in and directions. This house has two entrances/driveways. Expect noise during the day (we wrench in the garage on motorcycles and also have a 1.5 year old) quiet hours are after 9. Our guest rooms are above the garage so you may hear it open or close at times. We do our absolute best to keep this limited to daytime hours only but on rare circumstances we might have to open/close it after 9PM.
