The Space: This newly built studio is attached to our home but has its own private entrance and outdoor lawn space. The property is known for its quiet, grassy surroundings — the perfect setting to unwind after a day at the beach. Inside, coastal styling, quality furnishings, and plenty of natural light create a calm, airy atmosphere. Sleep: - Queen bed with new memory foam topper - Luxe linen and soft towels provided - Futon sofa converts to a double bed (linen fee applies) - Block-out blinds behind sheer curtains for privacy and rest Relax & Enjoy: - 42" smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Neon, YouTube, and more - Air conditioning with heating, cooling, and fan modes - Light breakfast supplies: tea, coffee, milk, cereal, and seasonal fruit from our garden (when available) Work & Stay Connected: - Dedicated area for productivity - Fast Wi-Fi for streaming, video calls, and work on the go - Quiet, well-ventilated space with HRV system Guest Access: You’ll have full access to the studio, your private lawn area, and safe off-street parking right outside your door for easy arrival and peace of mind. Guest access You have full access to the studio and your own dedicated, private outdoor space. Other things to note We appreciate the studio being left tidy. Be rest assured that we adhere to strict cleaning and sanitising practices and our home and the studio are smoke-free and allergy-friendly. Please note - if you are booking for two guests, but require the futon to be set up as a second bed, there is a fee of $40 to cover the use of extra linen and cleaning. Please arrange this at the time of booking - we need 24hrs notice for this.
