The Studio is a spacious and light-filled former photographic studio converted to luxury living space in a secluded landscaped garden setting. It is a haven in cosmopolitan Port Melbourne, with an easy walk to cafes & restaurants, hotels, the beach, local parks and a short light-rail trip to vibrant Melbourne CBD and to Southbank. A perfect retreat with unique indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in comfort, The Studio also offers excellent choices for local bayside dining and entertainment. The space Free WiFi, Netflix and unrestricted on-street parking. We also offer a welcome breakfast - supply of fruit, cereal, milk, bread, condiments and a range of teas & coffee. Guest access We have a secure courtyard where pets can be left outside or they can also wander freely in the yard around the fishpond. However, we ask that owners monitor their pets to prevent any digging or damage to plants in the garden. Other things to note While we are generally happy to allow pets to accompany our guests, we require that we be fully advised of the nature of the animal/s to ensure we can appropriately accomodate. To respect the comfort of all future guests, we also require that guests supply their own pets’ bedding and that pets do not climb on the furniture.
