We offer a fenced in backyard w/ outdoor shower. We understand that your furry friends are part of the family so book Hip-Nautic for your next family vacation! The space Step inside are cozy and well appointed townhome, where comfort and convenience awaits. The spacious living area invite you to unwind and relax after your beach adventures. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, and all the essentials do you need! Outside, a lovely patio area awaits, where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind, with a cool drink in the evening breeze. Relish the coastal vibes and make the most of your time at Carolina beach. Guest access We will send you a code prior to check in for keyless entry. You will have access to the entire townhome and fully fenced in backyard. The driveway will accommodate 3 cars along with one car garage. If you rent a golf course you can charge it and store it in the one car garage. No on street parking allowed. Greenville Ave is a public road. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited and maximum occupancy is enforced. Check in at 4PM and check out is 10 AM. Hosts can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by guest via use of amenities or facilities. Trash and recycle go out on Monday evenings for early Tuesday morning pick up. Pets are allowed with approval and $200 pet fee and must be cleaned up after at all times and before check out. $25 pet waste removal charge if left upon checkout.
