In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches. The space Stylishly furnished 2-room apartment with approx. 55 m² on one level for 2 people (maximum occupancy 4 people). Very modern and comfortably furnished. Close to the beach (about 10 minutes Walking distance (natural beach) in the state-approved resort of Klausdorf (near Stralsund). The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed, TV, fireplace and a dining table for 4 people. From the living room there is direct access to the furnished (not visible) terrace. The kitchen, which opens to the living room, corresponds to modern comfort and is fully equipped. In the bathroom (with natural light) there is a ground-level XL rain shower, toilet, towel warmer, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a desk. In the hallway in the entrance area, there is a wardrobe. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. Parking is available on the premises. There is a large (UNFENCED) pond on the property, so toddlers should be supervised at all times!
