The house is very spacious 2300 sqft. Perfect for families or groups looking to avoid a cramped hotel room. The Home is dog friendly but not for cats. A short walk to the center of NE Harbor including restaurants ,coffee shops, the harbor,shopping, and Arcadia carriage trails. The space The home is walking distance to everything in NE Harbor including the Harbor . In addition walking distance to the Arcadia carriage trails restaurants, bars, and all the shopping. We have a charcoal barbecue grill for guest use and a out door deck and basket ball court. The house has a two car garage for guest use Inside a large mud room with a full size futon bed with a desk also extra fridge and washer dryer for guest use. Inside full EIK ,dining room ,living room ,foyer,full bathroom and bedroom with king size bed on the first floor. Basement has a ping pong table. Upstairs there is a full bathroom with a tub. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs as well. All beds are super comfortable comparable to a high end hotel .
