You'll also notice that there are significant discounts for weekday reservations to accommodate working professionals or family/friends looking for a mid-week stay. Other things to note You'll be able to check-in anytime after 3:00pm through the combination doorknob. You will be messaged the code a day before your reservation through the Airbnb messaging platform. We ask guests to do the following before their 10 am check-out. ● Garbage: Gather and place all garbage in the appropriate bins in the front of the house. ● Dishes / Spills: Before leaving, wash all the dishes you used and place them on the drying rack. If something has spilled, please clean it up immediately afterward. ● Towels: Place all used towels in the hamper. ● Furniture: If you’ve moved any furniture, you must move them back to its original location. ● Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double-check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, garage, washer/dryer, and kitchen cabinets. People often leave items in these areas. ● Check-Out: Please lock the front door after you leave “The longer you stay, the bigger the discounts. "Parking: There are 2-3 parking spots on the driveway LEFT of the building on the same side of the side door entrance. You may park on the gravel driveway in front of the garage or on the concrete slab just as long as you park in front of the RED LINE and not anywhere behind it, otherwise, you will be blocking the neighbor's ability to pull in and out of their driveway. Please also DO NOT park on the neighbor's driveway on the right side of the building that has its own separated detached garage. My neighbors are accustomed to calling the city to tow illegally parked vehicles, and I don't want you to find yourself in that situation. Several open street parking spots exist in front of the house, along the residential street, or around the block. Be sure to park in the direction of traffic, and please do not block any other driveway paths. Please also be mindful that there is trash pick up happens once a week and my next-door neighbor will assist in taking out the trash bins out to the street curb. Its important that guests do not park in front of the trash bins when its out on the street curb, otherwise, the city will not conduct their trash pick-up.
