( time frame of 2 days) Each cleaning visit will carry a quick inspection of the property (with pictures if necessary) Guest is subject to removal from property in case walls, baseboards, doors, or any thing from the property including furniture is damaged by the dog. Urine on beds may also cause guest removal of the property with no reimbursement of the total of the booking. Late check out fee is $150 dollars
