The space Historically this beachfront home was built and owned by one family over two generations and they named the property Bonnie Brae which means a pleasant hill in gaelic. Sitting on a gentle rise in the land with a magnificent view of Lake Nipissing this is truly a Bonnie Brae. Welcome to cottage living in the heart of the City of North Bay! Guest access Outdoor amenities include a patio, bbq grill, a firepit, kayaks and outdoor seating. Other things to note The owners stay next door and are available to help maximize the enjoyment of your stay and to deal with anything that may arise. Although you will feel completely secluded we are in a residential area, we do not want to disturb our neighbours and are strict of no parties or loud gatherings. The property is not entirely fenced in therefore we require that pets are on a leash when on the property.
