Comfortably sleeps 9 but there is a sofa or an air mattress for a 10th person. The home is designed with everything you need to feel at home with a fully functional kitchen, linens, hairdryers, coffee pot, toaster, coffee pot, kettle , Keurig, pots and pans, etc. There are 5 total decks for enjoying the outdoors, outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after the beach, and high speed internet to enjoy all your favorite streaming services or be able to work from the beach. There are 3 designated parking spaces for guest in front of the home. The owner reserves the right to use the driveway and guest house in the back that is a separate structure and not included in the nightly rate. Home has a pack and play, high chair, and gate on the spiral staircase for children but keep in mind there are a lot of stairs when bringing small children. Children under 14 should be supervised on the rooftop deck and no person should step or climb on any railings. Just 1.5 Miles to the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, 10 min from Mayo, and 25 min from Downtown Jacksonville Guest will have 3 parking spots in front of the home. Restaurants and Shopping are close by
