It sits right on the canal & has a huge outdoor terrace among 2 additional balconies for your lunch or dinner & to watch the wildlife. Dolphins perform their show & manatees come to visit at sunset pretty much every day. Deeded dock available for use (small charge). Please do indicate if you plan to use the dock at the time of your booking. Thanks Guest access Guests are welcome here to use the pool, barbecue & clubhouse with numerous books to borrow. Please note: trailer parking is 1 min down the street from where the property is located. Due to recent insurance requirements there's some construction that may occur during your stay. Other things to note PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY ISSUES OR ISSUES WITH STAIRS. THIS PLACE MIGHT BE DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. EVERYONE IS WELCOME, BUT I WANT TO ENSURE ALL IS CLEAR AND TRANSPARENT. Queen airbed as the 4th bed is available upon request. Portable crib is available upon request. The townhouse has an ELEVATOR & 2 entrances via (inside staircase & OUTSIDE staircase): the main entrance & the private entrance to your penthouse suite. The outside staircase is wider than the internal staircase. The building also has an ELEVATOR for those w/mobility issues. NO NEED TO WALK UP ANY STAIRS if you're using an elevator. Just a few steps out of the elevator. Trailer parking is 1 min down the street from where the property is located. Tall/high top/adjustable desk is available to be used as the workspace/laptop: upon request. Attention: guests with Emotional Support Animals (ESA), please notify me AT THE TIME of your reservation that you'll be arriving with ESA, the type of animal/size/weight/breed with the appropriate therapist paperwork,so I'd secure the Association Board approval for your ESA & have enough time to obtain specialized cleaning services (additional $50 for HEPA filters for allergic guests) for other/sequential guests who might be allergic to animals. Additional cleaning fee for the specialized cleaning may be applied to remove animal allergens for health & well-being of subsequent guests with animal allergies.
