We also provide a parking lot at the property as well as street parking. The space Enjoy the sunset from the porch with a peaceful view of the brick street, birds singing, and adorable bungalows. The house sleeps 6 guests. The unit has three bedrooms with a queen bed each. The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, and pots/pans for your use. The kitchen features a confection oven, stove top, Keurig coffee machine, and refrigerator. The unit has 2 full bathrooms. Lines, towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Two SmartTVs, internet, washer and dryer is also available. Conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of Lakeland. Two smart TVs, internet, coffee machine, washer&dryer, etc. Guest access Our guests will access the apartment through the stairs, easily seen by the parking lot. We are located in Lakeland Downtown, as in most cities, the parking is limited. We have one parking spot in the parking lot. Additional parking street available. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: 1. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, and three kitchen trash bags. 2. What Linens are included? - Linens for the beds, bath towels, hand towels, and cloth. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. 3. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, pots and pans, wine glasses, cups, and a coffee machine. 4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances pets are allowed. The unit is located on the second floor and has low insulation, the only time we allowed it became a problem in the building. 5. What time is check-in and checkout? - Check-in anytime after 4 pm and checkout before 10 am on the day of your departure.
