Guest access The space We look forward to hosting you in our new basement apartment suite of our home that is situated on one acre in the country. Enjoy seeing horses, cows, and deer in the surrounding area. This 1800 square foot basement apartment is spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light and a secure private walk-out entrance. Included are 3 bedrooms that can sleep a total of 8 comfortably in this apartment suite. - MAIN SUITE: Furnished with a queen bed and is in the same room as the kitchen. There is an optional sofa-sleeper queen bed if you want to keep kids nearby. This room has a large TV. - BUNK ROOM: The second bedroom has two sets bunk beds (4 total twin beds) where two adults can sleep on very comfy mattresses on the bottom, and kids (weighing less than 125 LBS) can sleep on top. The top mattresses are not as comfortable as the bottom mattresses- but they work for kids! - COWBOY BEDROOM: This third bedroom is more secluded with a queen bed. - FAMILY ROOM: In between the main suite and bunk room is a large family/recreation room with a large TV, large couch recliner, and ping pong table. There is even a closet full of games/puzzles you can enjoy! Also included is a full bathroom. The KITCHENETTE: - Complete with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, pancake griddle, and a coffee/tea maker. - A folding table and chairs are available for dining and seating. - An outdoor barbeque is also available if you want to do some grilling. When you arrive you will find a notebook with recommended restaurants in Heber that you’ll enjoy - and when you eat out, you’ll especially appreciate the bonus of having very little mess to clean up. Also included is a pack-and-play portable crib and high chair. Enjoy free WIFI, and Smart TV’s in the main suite bedroom and family room with access to your favorite ROKU streaming services.
