Easy access to skiing, hiking, fishing and much more! ** This home is located at approx. 9,895 ft in a high alpine environment ** The space This tiny cabin provides ample sleeping room, a full size kitchen, living area and great internet. You can play all day and come home to make the great meals and relax in the comfortable couches and get some entertainment on the flat screen television. You can rest in one of the queen beds, that are just waiting for you to relax. Families are easily fulfilling the need for separation in a small space, but able to have some great time together. Outdoors on the decks, getting ready for the day of skiing, hiking, fishing or exploring the sites of the Central Rockies. You are in close proximity of the Fairplay Beach for fishing and exploring the shores of the river. Walk into town for entertainment and some fantastic meals. * FISHING ... The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult. * This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage. * Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking. Guest access Lock box located on pole outside of entry door, not sliding glass door. Access code will be sent to you within 7 days of your arrival date. Other things to note No smoking of any substance inside the home.
