The space Casa Tranquilo~ 80 ft of dockage! Beautiful and unique 6 sided house located in a wonderful neighborhood off of Sombrero Beach Road. This is a large house with so many outside areas for the whole family to enjoy! This house has two upper screened-in porches which provide almost 360* views. The pool deck has covered seating and dining areas. Around the pool and canal, there are gorgeous lounge chairs with turquoise blue cushions that you could just lay around in all day. Your dock is conveniently located directly behind the home and there is ample parking for cars and even your boat trailer. The interior of this home features a king bedroom with its own ensuite, and a queen bedroom with its own ensuite. On the second level of this home is a large suite, featuring a king and a queen bed a full bathroom, its own table and chairs, and the best 360* views around. You can look east and see the Atlantic ocean and beautiful sunrises or look west over the canals and watch the sunsets. This home has a prime location and is a mile from grocery stores, a movie theater, boutique shops, restaurants, and more! It is also about a mile from Sombrero Beach. Sombrero Beach has been ranked as one of the best beaches in the Florida Keys. Sombrero Beach is the perfect place to lose track of time with its array of amenities including picnic pavilions, volleyball courts, restrooms, and showers. There is plenty of fun to have in Marathon from the Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center, water sports, and much more! Feel like exploring? Visit the southernmost point in the United States, Key West (located approximately 1 hour south of Marathon). From walking tours, trolley tours, restaurants, and shops you will never run out of things to do there. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants. Dock space - there is 80' of dockage with more than enough room for several boats. This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed. Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
