This 3,100 square foot house has a huge gourmet kitchen, inviting cocktail room, cozy family room with wood burning fireplace, and 4 unique charming bedrooms, 2 of them being en suite. Outside offers a covered front porch with plush outdoor seating and a large backyard to enjoy during all seasons. With the large gourmet kitchen which includes a Viking fridge, Viking range, farmhouse kitchen table, and center island you will be able to entertain and socialize when back from your activities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cocktail room that opens to the front porch for some quiet time or socializing staying out of the way from the cooks in the kitchen. Finally, the family room is a perfect spot to relax, catch some TV after you light a fire in the wood burning fireplace. Upstairs includes plush carpeting in the hallway and within the 2 en suite bedrooms allowing for privacy for those occupants. The huge master suite provides so much character with a wooden wall and access to a large balcony patio. The master bath will make you feel like you are at a resort with custom Jack and Jill sinks and double shower head under a sky light. The other 2 bedrooms provide charm and character with original hardwood and antique doors that take you back to the time when this house was originally built in 1867. The front porch, which is fully covered, has a large seating area and television providing a great place for pre-meal or night cap cocktails. For more privacy, enjoy the back deck and paver brick patio with a huge yard to enjoy yard games and fires within the privacy of a 6 foot fence. You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the closet in the Master bedroom, basement, and garage. The hosts, Stephanie and Sean, will make sure your experience is easy as possible so you can enjoy the wonderful town of Lake Geneva. We will be reachable through calls and texts throughout your stay and will be able to address any in-person needs within hours if necessary. Historic Maple Park in Lake Geneva is the original settlement of the town. The surrounding blocks are made of beautifully kept or restored 100+ year old houses that are all unique in their own way. Admire these houses on your 3 block walk to the shores of Lake Geneva heading south, or the charming downtown heading east which has some of the best dining and bar experiences around! The open parking space at the house offers room for 3 vehicles. If garage space is needed please inquire directly. Restaurants, bars, downtown shopping, and lake activities are all walkable within blocks. Larger retailers are only a short drive away. Other activities including skiing, 7 amazing golf courses, wineries, breweries, distilleries, ziplining, concert venues and more are all short drives away!
