Chef’s Kitchen, Media Room, bedrooms are suites. Be refreshed! The space Home has a spacious open floor plan with fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, large island and walk in pantry. Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with a large TV, fireplace and lots of comfy seating. Media room has cozy sectional seating with an 86” TV. Just outside the media room you will find an Infinity game table, where you can challenge someone to your favorite classic game, or enjoy a new one, all on a large digital touchscreen interface. Primary bedroom is downstairs with an upscale eco-friendly king bed and a beautiful en suite featuring a walk-in shower, spa-like tub and and large closets. Downstairs also features a suite with a queen size bed. Pool and hot tub are salt water and hot tub is warmed prior to your arrival. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a King size bed and attached bathroom as well as a Double Queen suite. Need to do a little work during your stay? Home features all flat screen TV’s with fast WiFi, everything you need for work and play! Adult and kid friendly home. Large double garage has a charger for your vehicle at no additional fee. Pool: Please swim at your own risk The deep end of the pool is approximately 5 feet deep. For your safety no diving is allowed. There is no lifeguard present. A guardian must be always present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool. There is a pool fence and pool may be accessed through the gates only. Waterfalls are also on by request and always turned off at sunset. * The pool fountains are winterized between November 1st - May 1st. Guest access You have access to the entire property, including backyard, patio, pool, hot tub, balcony, office/gym, media room, and garage. *Hot tub is always warm for guest use; Pool is open year round and can be heated to 82-85 degrees Fahrenheit, upon a 24-48 hour request for an additional fee of $100.00 per night, please message if you would like this!
