Indoors, there are several spaces for guests to gather together, as well as an entertainment room with a TV for more private get-togethers. 3 of the bedrooms have a king-size bed each, and the fourth bedroom has two doubles and a single. The new casita garden bedroom is located in its own guest house at the front of the property. The casita features a king bed. Villa Seagate is featuring views of the Caribbean Sea from Akumal’s rocky shore between Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay, guests can walk to the best venues in town or an even shorter ride when they rent a bike, golf cart or car. Villa Seagate uses traditional masonry techniques to keep the house fresh for guests during their stay. The large hand-laid terracotta tiles keep the floors cool, while the brick-layered vaulted ceilings and large windows allow for the ocean breeze to flow through the house.
