Enjoy a delicious and memorable dinner in Lakehills (15min), Bandera (20min) or Boerne (25min). Or stay in and grill out on the provided propane grill and/or firepit grate. Spend you evening sharing laughs around the provided fire pit as you take in the dazzling canopy of stars. Other things to note We seek to provide a 5 star experience for each guest and a major part of that is full transparency into what you're booking. -The property has multiple campsites, rv slots and vacation rentals. Each is intentionally spaced to provide maximum privacy but be aware there may be other groups on the property during your stay. -We do everything in our power to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment at Sparrow Bend, and it is just that 99% of the time, but there are occasionally factors outside our control such as neighbor's music or neighborhood dogs barking. -On occasion, folks along the river will play music and it can be a nuisance. If you happen to be there on one of those days, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reach out to resolve the situation as best we can. At the end of the day it is a river/lake property, as well as outside an city ordinances, so our hands are tied to a certain degree, but we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. -There is firewood available for sale. 9$ per bundle (1 cb ft or ~5-6 medium sized pieces).
