New added Air conditioning in the main area (kitchen, Livingroom, dining area) keeps things cool on hot days. portable air conditioner in the master bedroom if needed. Huge gas Fire place in the fall/winter as well as a heat pump. Pond Fountain Spring, Summer and Fall (will be taken out in winter) Christmas Tree will be up the month of December Guest access Full Apartment, Gazebo and Grill, Patio, and 18 acres of trails and bridges. Two bridges - working on adding another and working on the bottom pond) Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, fox, frogs, turtles, and more.
