Other things to note BOOKING TERMS ★★ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ★★ Check-in: 5.00 pm - 9.00 pm Checkout: 10h The keys are handed over in person by our team. ★★ SWIMMING POOL AND MAINTENANCE ★★ ✔ The pool receives professional maintenance on a weekly basis. ★★ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ★★ ✔ Groups of young people under 28 are NOT allowed. ✔ Parties and events are NOT allowed. ✔ Charging electric vehicles in the property is NOT allowed. ✔ Commercial filming or photo shoots are NOT allowed without prior approval. ✔ Food and drink are NOT allowed in the rooms (to avoid ants and stains that require professional cleaning). ✔ DO NOT flush rubbish, towels, wipes or paper towels down the toilet. Only toilet paper. ✔ Turn off all lights, the air conditioning and the heating when you leave the villa. ✔Before arriving at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests and also pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX (in force at the time of booking) of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff in charge of handing over the keys, WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. ★★ HOUSE RULES ★★ ✔ Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. ✔ Smoking is not allowed inside the property. ✔ Only guests included in the booking can stay. ✔ The maximum capacity of the property must be respected at all times. ✔ Rubbish must be placed in the outside bins before departure. ✔ There will be an additional charge for lost keys. IMPORTANT: If, due to the guest's oversight or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the door to the property, the costs will be charged to the guest. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the house in good condition, tidy kitchen and trash in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
