Only toilet paper. ✔ Turn off all lights, the air conditioner and the heater when leaving the villa. ✔Prior to arrival at the house, a link will be sent where the information for ALL guests must be registered, and the mandatory Generalitat de Catalunya TOURIST TAX (in effect at the time of booking) must also be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys, WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. ★★ HOUSE RULES ★★ ✔ Respect the quiet neighborhood. ✔ Smoking is prohibited inside the home. ✔ Only guests included in the booking may stay. ✔ The maximum capacity of the house must be respected at all times. ✔ Trash must be placed in the outside bins before check-out. ✔ Loss of keys will incur an additional cost. IMPORTANT: If, due to the guest's oversight or negligence, a locksmith must be called to open the property door, the guest will be charged for the expenses. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the house in good condition, tidy kitchen and trash in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
