Villa El Palmeral. Magnificent house with private pool in Roda de Barà. The place is an ideal vacation destination for large families. The villa is located in a quiet area of Roda de Barà, near the Roman "Arco de Barà" declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and the typical maritime district of "El Roc de Sant Gaietà". The space The villa is close to fine sandy beaches for sunbathing. The town center is located 1.5 km from the house, where there are numerous supermarkets to buy everything you need for your stay, as well as restaurants where you can taste the wide gastronomic variety of the area. You can also visit the different wineries in the area to live an incredible experience, enjoy the adventure in the "Aqualeon" water-safari park or the emotions provided by the "Port Aventura" theme park. There is also a wide selection of golf courses and different routes for walking and cycling. The train station is 1.2 km away, Barcelona airport is 60 km away and Reus airport is 34 km away. Guest access The accommodation is entirely for guests. You won't share any areas with anyone else. One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you want a change of sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Pool maintenance is done weekly by qualified personnel. The COFFEE MACHINE IS DOLCE GUSTO capsules. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Other things to note BOOKING TERMS Groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OLD are not allowed to book. *** The house IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE *** This house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, in a quiet, pleasant and residential setting. *** If you are looking to organize a big party, loud music, and annoy the neighbors, this apartment is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one *** *** CHARGING AN ELECTRIC CAR IS NOT ALLOWED, AS THE HOUSE'S ELECTRICAL POWER DOES NOT SUPPORT IT *** Before arriving at the house, a link will be sent where the data of ALL guests must be registered, and in addition, the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya must be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys will NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 do not pay). RESPONSIBILITY Booking the house implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read the property rules that will be posted carefully. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For irresponsible behavior, the owner may ask guests to leave the house immediately, without the right to compensation or refund. It is forbidden to use the house with more occupants than the house's capacity. Guests are responsible for the proper care of the house during their stay and agree to return it in the same condition in which the house and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the house. If there are any defects in the house, please notify us immediately and we will try to fix them as soon as possible. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the garbage in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. All arrivals between 9:00 pm and 11:59 pm will incur a surcharge of €50. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional charge as appropriate. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the house to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting. Losing keys will incur a surcharge of €75 for each set and €100 for the parking remote. IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property door, the expenses will be charged to the guest through a request for money via Airbnb.
