Our home is perfect for a weekend away or vacation with family and friends. Located a short 1-hour drive from New York City and a short distance to many hiking trails and the Hudson River. We love dogs! There are many dog-friendly hikes and a large dog park nearby. The space Perfect for a family or friends looking for a getaway. Our 1910 Farmhouse features 3 bedrooms, an Office with a couch, and all the comforts of home. Situated on an acre in a park-like setting, you can relax by the fireplace, enjoy the sunset in the spacious backyard, or watch TV in the TV Room / Office. The home features hardwood floors throughout and hand carved moldings. The kitchen is stocked with ample pots and pans, the latest cooking gadgets, and a gas stove. Enjoy the outdoor gas grill and explore the garden. The Office (or TV Room) has a workstation and 55” Roku TV. The living room has an Orbit turn-table with lots of vinyl records. The home has a new Kitchen and appliances, new water heater and new water treatment system that eliminates any hardness, iron, manganese , acid or sulfur in the water. HOUSE LAYOUT - STAIRS: there are a few steps leading up into the house, so guests must be able to navigate those. Additionally, there are steep stairs leading from the first to second floor - guests should take care and use the handrail anytime on the stairs. - The first floor includes an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, living room, bedroom #1 (king bed), bathroom with shower and large tub, the office / tv room with sofa and laundry room. - The second floor includes two additional bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a second bathroom with shower. Guest access The whole house is yours, including washer and dryer.
