Located within easy walking distance of The Kings Head, village shop, cafe and Windmill bakery. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy with a lovely breakfast room, a large sitting room and additional lounge/games room. All rooms are beautifully furnished. A superb base to explore North Norfolk and relax in front of the log burner or in the secure garden. The space Kitchen and Breakfast Rooms The fabulous breakfast room is a sociable space at the back of the house and is flooded with light with two sets of french doors opening out on to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washer dryer. Lounge The well presented large sitting room has plenty of seating, a log burner, large Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and plenty of games to enjoy. Extra Lounge and Table Football There is a second lounge downstairs that is ideal as a quiet space or for children to hang out in with a Smart TV/ DVD and table football. It is separate from the main sitting room. Bedrooms There are 3 attractive and generous sized bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have a king size bed, twin beds and full size bunk beds. Bathroom and Shower Room The upstairs family bathroom includes a toilet, basin and bath with shower head attachment. The downstairs shower room includes a power shower, toilet and basin. Outside: The sunny, enclosed garden with table, chairs and parasol is ideal for outdoor dining. Access is direct from the kitchen and breakfast room via 2 sets of french doors. Parking There is off road parking for 2 cars on the drive at the side of the property. One space is through the double gates.
