Step outside onto the lake-level dock featuring a waist-deep swimming hole, kayak, paddleboard, cook smores at the dockside firepit and watch the amazing sunsets every evening. The perfect getaway or vacation! The top (main entry) level features a fully stocked kitchen & small eat-in area equipped with all your necessary cooking supplies (oils, spices, condiments), utensils and cookware. Crock pots, blender, toaster, microwave, the works! Everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes! Duel drip & K-cup coffee maker with regular, decaf, hot chocolate and teas provided. Highchair provided. Walk into the stylish yet cozy living room equipped with Roku TV (Hulu + Netflix provided), comfy sectional sofa and papasan chair, and amazing views of the lake. Step into the luxurious yet cozy King bedroom suite featuring Roku tv, soft robes and plenty of storage for your belongings. This level also features bedrooms 2 (Queen suite) and 3 (Murphy/twin), toys for kids, board games, yoga mat/weights and kids' table. You'll also find a pack & play and extra bedding. The full bathroom on this level features a standing shower. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on the cedar porch, overlooking the beautiful lake. The lower level features a cozy open bedroom with a queen and full bed and plenty of closet space. Each bedroom comes equipped with comfy bedding, charging stations (bring your cords!) and storage for your belongings. Walk into the back porch to find more lake views, a twin daybed, small fridge/freezer, and kitchenette island stocked with sunscreen, bug spray and other essentials for your stay. A large full bath is complete downstairs with tub/shower, and laundry room with washer/dryer for your use. Enter the back yard to a level patio with sectional and dining table (seating for 10) with great views of the lake. Just a few steps down to dock/lake where there are 4 chairs and fire pit, fishing poles, 2 kayaks and lake-level swimming! A few notes: *You must be 25 to book. The person who books must be the person who stays. *You may be asked to send in a copy of your photo ID for verification and security. *This lake level is controlled by Oakdale dam, a "run of river dam" and we cannot guarantee lake levels to remain at their highest during your stay. Periods of drought may cause lake levels to drop. *Boat rental not available. You may dock your own boat if you like. *There are steep stairs inside & out and dock without hand rails that may cause issues for those with limited mobility. *No pets allowed. *We have limited parking, there are 3-4 spaces available so please plan accordingly. *We have fast, reliable WIFI, Netflix and Hulu TV free during your stay. *There are nearby grocery, restaurants and convenience stores available by a short drive. We provide basic cooking supplies such as oils, spices, condiments and all cookware. *We provide regular and decaf coffees and teas, creamer and sugar during your stay. *Firewood is not provided, plan to bring your own. *Life jackets must be worn at all times while kayaking. Use at your own risk. *Please review our cancellation policy before booking. *There is an additional nightly fee per person of $25 for over 5 guests. *A rental agreement and liability waiver will be sent upon booking and must be assumed by all Guests to book the home.
