Close to several parks, Cherry Peak resort and USU. The space We love hosting big group! we want all our guests to have the best possible experience. As such, please note that for groups over 20 guests, we charge a one-time additional cleaning fee to help cover the extra time and supplies needed to accomadate a group of your size and reset the home. This fee will be requested through Airbnb after booking. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note This house is in a quiet cul-de-sac which offers limited parking. There is room for one car in the garage, a couple small cars on the side of the garage and 2-4 cars in the driveway. Please limit the cars parked to 6 or 7 total.
