Hilltop Hideaway: Unique Gem, Scenic Mountain View

If you're looking for a place to relax, spend time in nature, and enjoy mountain sunsets, look no further! The Hilltop Hideaway is nestled in the best part of Loveland, CO, between Fort Collins and Estes Park. A 30-minute drive to each means you can enjoy everything Northern Colorado has to offer from one central location! This picturesque location has mountain views from a private deck and plenty of space for your gathering inside! Guests often choose to come back and stay again and again! The space The property is in a beautiful rural neighborhood in West Loveland, about 15 minutes from downtown. At the Hilltop Hideaway you'll be able to enjoy gorgeous mountain views, abundant wildlife, and night skies filled with stars. There are a limited number of homes in the area, each on a large piece of land so you don't need to worry about hearing the neighbors or sounds of the city. The property is equipped with a cozy living room (complete with a pullout bed), a bright eat-in kitchen, and a tranquil master bedroom as well as two full bathrooms. You can see the mountains from each room or by stepping outside onto your fully private deck! This is a completely private downstairs, separated from the full-time upstairs residents by 18 inches of cement which prevents any transfer of noise. Guest access Door Code: We will send you the code the morning of your designated check-in date. You'll use this code for the duration of your stay. Parking: You may park at the top of the driveway in the space marked "rental parking." Up to three cars will fit in this area. Please do not park in front of the garage. Property Access: Once you arrive, follow the ground lights to the wooden deck on the front of the house to access the Hilltop Hideaway. Do not go up the metal staircase. Once you’re on the deck, you’ll access the property through the door on the right. To unlock the door, enter the 4-digit passcode that was sent via Airbnb on the morning of your arrival. Other Access: You may notice that there is an additional door to the property on the left side of the deck. This door opens into the master bedroom. We suggest you use the front door as your main point of access for the duration of your stay. Other things to note *House Rules* If any of these rules are broken, you may be asked to leave immediately and fined a minimum of $250. - Strict outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Please be conscious of outdoor noise at all times. This is a quiet neighborhood and we appreciate you making sure our neighbors get to enjoy the peace and quiet they love too. - No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the Hilltop Hideaway, a $500 fine will be assessed for smoking indoors. - We do not permit any parties, gatherings, events, fires, or fireworks at the Hilltop Hideaway. - No burning of items (ex. incense, candles, sage) - Guests in excess of your approved guest count when booking are not permitted. - No pets are permitted on premise at any time. --------------------------------------------------------------- *Early check-in* Early check in may be available, with prior host approval, for a fee of $20per hour. We suggest a 4WD vehicle for easy and safe access to the property. Snow shovels and salt are provided for Guest use in the event of snow or ice. Please be mindful of winter conditions and accountable for your own safety during your stay.
