This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with all bedrooms on the main level, sprawled across 1,800 sqft. Home is equipped with two king beds and 1 queen bed with comfortable mattress and linens, lots of common space with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings & an abundance of natural light. Relax on the couch or bond with friends and family over a game at the foosball table with gorgeous ocean views! **Home Highlights** • Beautiful view overlooking West Beach Rd • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, Keurig coffee machine & coffee pods • High speed internet • All beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs Guest access Guest will have access to the main floor of the house and backyard. The lower level is a garage and is not available for use. Other things to note **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • The water can sometimes look brown - that is due to the high iron content in the water and is NORMAL in this area. • We are at a high cliff point and this area of Whidbey Island is incredibly sandy. Please note that when it is windy the wind will blow sand and may cover the pavements and driveway in a matter of minutes, or get into the house when you open the balcony door. Thank you for your understanding! • We have 3 Exterior Camera; one in the backyard, and 2 on the home facing the stairs that lead up to the front door. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
