We would like to invite you to our modern, spacious city center apartment. The 75 square meters give you all the space you need even for a bigger group or all family or romantic stay in a cosy apartment. There are 2 comfortable sofas in the living room, a large dining table, a coffee table, a 50"smart tv. Fully equipped, separate kitchen will give you the option to prepare some meals or just enjoy a cup of coffee from NESPRESO coffee machine. For the comfort of your stay, you will find tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, bread, jams, butter, and biscuits as the welcome pack. The place has two spacious bedrooms, one with king size, comfortable bed and second with 2 single beds. The bathroom is newly renovated and got an option of a big tube or high-pressure shower. We provide complimentary hair shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and shower gel, also set of towels and hairdryer. High-speed fibre internet will give you the opportunity to enjoy online entertainment or work without any hassle. EPC-C Guest access The apartment is available for the sole use of the guests Other things to note PARKING INFO There are loading bays outside the apartment where you can park your car and unload your bags and fellow travellers. Then just drive around the block to the Rose Street car park, which is only 2 minutes walk away. The loading bays are free to park in over night (6pm-8am) and all day Sunday but otherwise are limited to 10 minutes. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from both the bus and train station, making it super easy to get to.
