Other things to note *Guest must be 21 years old to book this property and must stay at the condo throughout the whole reservation. ID is required at the time of registration.  ***An exception for 18-21 years old guests might be made by the owner, which will include an additional $500 security fee (fully refundable if the house rules are not broken, everything is left in proper order, and the unit is left undamaged at the time of checkout). Please send an inquiry to take advantage of this exception. The security deposit will be sent as a separate request if the host approves such a booking. *The $35 parking fee per vehicle (for the whole stay for the whole family) should be paid at the time of registration. Only 1 parking spot is available during the peak season and holidays. After the parking pass payment, guests will receive a parking pass and armbands. *Adults and kids aged 12 and older are required to wear armbands, while those under 12 years old do not need them. *Beach Chairs service in PCB are available from March 1 - October 31 ***We are providing starting kit for our guests, which includes dishwasher detergents, paper towel, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap for each bathroom, 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom. Enough for a day or two. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own. ***We do not supply coffee or other food supplies, so make sure to bring some of your favorites. ***We are providing bed linens and towels for INSIDE usage only.
