Linens Included! The space Our villa is in an ideal location on the Tupelo Bay grounds- next to the pools and beach shuttle, with "forever wild" pond views from the balcony. It’s an extra-large 2,336 sq. ft 2nd story unit (w/ elevator) with 4 bedrooms plus a sunroom that can serve as a 5th bedroom if desired. • Master Bedroom offers a King bed, w/ walk-in closet, sitting area, TV, & a private full bath equipped with walk-in shower and double vanities. • Second Master has a Queen bed, TV, & adjacent full bath that can be closed off with a pocket door to create another master suite. • Third Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, & full bath that can be shared or closed off with a pocket door to create a suite • Fourth bedroom sleeps 3 with a double bed plus a twin bed & TV. With memory foam mattresses comfortable for kids or adults. • Sunroom includes Daybed with Trundle- providing larger groups w/ 2 extra memory foam twin beds. Guest access Amenities & Linens Included: Newly furnished and professionally cleaned, guests can expect all the conveniences of home, including fresh linens and towels; pre-made beds and hung towels ready for your arrival. All baths are stocked with shampoo/conditioner, bodywash & bar soap, hand soap, hairdryers, and toilet paper provided. We have a brand-new washer and dryer with detergent, ironing board, and paper towels. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with all the conveniences such as a coffee maker & Keurig, blender, slow cooker, and toaster oven. Beach/pool towels & beach chairs are also available. The villa is fully airconditioned with ceiling fans in each room, free Wi-Fi, cable television, & DVD player. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV and every bedroom has a 43-inch Smart TV- all with "Guest Settings" so you can use your own streaming services while on vacation. Our on-site Property Manager is available to answer any questions, help you check-in, and address any issues or concerns you may have during your stay.
