The Sedona/Verde Valley is an amazing Arizona location to experience all there is to do in Arizona. Our home will allow you and your family to enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing time. Situated on a large lot with a fenced backyard, split floor plan with fully functional kitchen and dining area. Sedona/Jerome/Wineries/Out of Africa/Verde Canyon Railroad/Verde River/Hiking...just to name a few things to do. 1 pet less than 50 lbs allowed for an additional pet fee. The space Comfortable 3BR/2BA split floor plan with dining area, kitchen and living room. Fenced backyard for your privacy, on a large lot with Mountain Views. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig/drip & french press coffee options. For your convenience, we do provide shampoo/conditioner/soap/body wash and lotion. We also have a small kitchenette area that could be used as a home workspace as well and has a separate entrance. Just around the corner is the Verde Village Pond where you can fish or take a nice stroll around the pond. Guest access Entire home can be accessed by a keyless entry. Other things to note We are centrally located in town and we highly recommend you enjoy beautiful Old Town Cottonwood for lots of dining and shopping options, or take a trip to Jerome or Sedona. Enjoy the outdoors at Dead Horse State Park or Sedona's Red Rock State Park. There are many Verde River access points nearby and you can rent kayak's and take a day trip on the river.
