Period features combine with sea views from all bedrooms and cosy touches to make this the perfect home away from home. Located a very short walk from the beach and central Broadstairs the house has private parking and EV charging. The space Seasalt provides luxury family or small group accommodation across two floors. It has been recently redecorated, and combines coastal colours with period features to provide a relaxing environment for your seaside break. The ground floor has a bright and airy kitchen diner, opening out onto a private patio dining area. It is the perfect spot for family meals, celebratory dinners or relaxing with a cold drink after a hot day on the beach. The recently refurbished kitchen has a large fridge freezer, range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso maker. It has been well stocked with utensils and pans for even the most adventurous chef, and provides plenty of storage for visitors to store groceries. And we haven’t forgotten our younger guests: we provide children’s crockery, cutlery and a high chair that can be requested after booking. Along the corridor from the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and WC and you will find lots of storage for coats in the hallway. Upstairs on the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom with ensuite WC, a twin bedroom and a third flexible bedroom which can be arranged as a single, twin or king. All bedrooms have views out to sea and boast large windows and plenty of daylight. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower and WC. A bespoke unit provides plenty of storage space for toiletries and a hair dryer is provided for guests. All bathrooms are stocked with Bramley toiletries for our guests to enjoy during their stay. Along the corridor is the lounge, with a large bay window, comfortable seating and plenty of board games and books. It is the ideal spot for socialising, but also a great place to kick back and watch tv. Finally there is a terrace on the first floor, with seating for two…a perfect spot to enjoy the quiet of Broadstairs. Guest access Guests will have full private use of the property, including the house, patio garden, balcony and private parking space. Keys are left in an electronic key safe with a unique access code for your stay, so that you can arrive and depart at a time that suits you. Other things to note During the school summer holidays, bookings are taken for 7 nights, checking in and out on Saturdays. The maximum occupancy for the house is 6 (including adults, children and infants).
