A fortunate developer acquired this property in Walden near the Marina in the 70s right after the lake was created and developed a classically cool condo complex. This third floor condo has amazing views off the private balcony of the Marina, fishing, boats, birds, water sports and people loving the lake. Walden has much to offer as well as Lake Conroe. If you love a clean, restful, and peaceful, relaxing time with your friends and family, this is the place for you. If you like a loud, drunken craziness experience this is not the place for you. A whimsical spiral staircase leads to the bedroom loft upstairs. The kitchen and baths have all been recently remodeled and should provide all that you need. The unit is close to the pool. There is a laundromat located on the property by the mailboxes. Other things to note Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. No pets, no smokers, no parties. Parents should be aware there are stairs in the condo that may be unsafe for unsupervised infants and toddlers. There is no lifeguard at the pool and using the pool is at the risk of the user.
